SCENARIO #1 ROADMAP

B – Bring Glory to God “Worship” Initiatives:
• Prayer
  • Involve more of our congregation in weekly/monthly prayer meetings
  • Solicit prayer requests on Sunday mornings and during the week
  • Conduct weekly follow-up on prayer requests; publish praise reports
  • Re-institute monthly prayer night and schedule 24 hour prayer vigils

  • Seek to add Keyboard Player and Singers
  • Enhance Praise Team’s Tools and Capabilities
• Preaching
  • Sermon and Devotions series on growing the faith of every believer
  • Improve Audio/Visual & Lighting Capabilities

• Pray for 12 new D1 Commitments & Mentors
• D2 – Prepare new Mentors for Discipling
• Update D3 – “How to Study the Bible” Tool
• Develop D4 – Leadership Development Tool
• Complete a Biblical Guidance Tool for Marriage & Family
• Provide Doctrinally-Based Bible Study Themes & Life Skills Training
B – Brotherly Love “Fellowship” Initiatives:
• Enhance our Structure & Tools (Zoom) to keep online members connected
• Challenge more of our members to serve in this ministry
• Schedule and Celebrate Lord’s Supper and Baptism Ordinances
• Continue Benevolence Activities
• Encourage fellowship after services to deepen/strengthen relationships
L – Living Committed Lives “Ministry” Initiatives:
• SUMMIT– Equip and provide opportunities to grow the faith of our men in their roles as leaders in their families, communities, and our church
• PALSS– Grow the faith of our women in their understanding as wives & mothers; provide a Women’s conference
• SLAM– Pray for outreach opportunities in reaching the youth in Santa Fe
• KIDS– Invest the Word of God in our children for their continued growth
• Provide a welcoming environment at church for guests & regular attenders
• Enhance the Scope and Capabilities of the Sheepdog ministry
E – Equipped to Go “Missions” Initiatives:
• Local/National
  • Minister to the Physical & Spiritual needs of Santa Fe Homeless Population
  • Pueblo Outreach – continue Outreach to the Eight Northern Pueblos through our annual Summer Bible Camp and monthly activities
  • Financial support of local Para-Church Ministries– CareNet, Barnabas Institute
• World
  • Cuba – Plan 2021 Cuba Mission Trip
  • Financial Support to Israel, Hungary, Middle East
  • Israel Discovery Trip
